We've designed tai chi foundations based upon the evidence base
for tai chi as an activity that anyone can enjoy and from
years of teaching tai chi to adult groups in the community.
Suitable for everyone, people enjoy tai chi as an elegant and enjoyable exercise
including people living with a disability or a long term health condition.
