Philip Sheridan
Philip recently retired from the School of Medicine, University of Leeds, where he taught various subjects on the 5 year MBChB Medicine and Surgery course as well as post-graduate leadership courses.
He has studied and practised taijiquan, qigong, and other martial arts over 36 years.
Philip is a Board Certified Instructor with the
Tai Chi for Health Institute.
In 2002 Philip survived a near fatal road accident leaving him badly injured and with the eventual amputation of his right leg.
He regularly guest lectures across the UK and is in demand as a speaker.
Philip is a respected coach and mentor, a published poet, blogger and writer.

Helen Parsons
MSc Occupational Therapy & HCPC registered.
BSc Sport, Health, Exercise and Nutrition.
Helen is a registered Occupational Therapist. 
She has practised and studied Tai Chi and Qigong for over ten years.
Helen is a Board Certified Instructor with the
Tai Chi for Health Institute.
When she's not working she loves keeping fit with weight training and floor-based mobility exercises.
Helen is passionate about evidence-based practice for supporting people with their health and wellness.
